If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tasty Stocks newsletter, website, and all related content and services ("Service") provided by TastyStocks LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By subscribing, creating an account, or accessing any part of the Service, you ("Subscriber," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of material changes.

2. Not Financial Advice — Important Disclaimer

Tasty Stocks is an educational and informational newsletter. Nothing published by Tasty Stocks constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other kind of professional advice. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

The Company is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, or any other type of regulated financial professional. The newsletter's content, trade alerts, analysis, commentary, and any other communications do not constitute a solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or offer to buy or sell any securities or financial instruments.

Past performance discussed in the newsletter — including win rates, trade outcomes, and P&L figures — is not indicative of future results. All trading and investing involves substantial risk of loss, including the possible loss of principal. You should only risk capital you can afford to lose entirely.

Before making any investment or trading decision, you should conduct your own independent research and consult with a licensed financial advisor, broker, or other qualified professional who is familiar with your individual financial circumstances and objectives.

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 Plans

The Service is offered under multiple subscription tiers: Free, Monthly, and Annual. Features and access levels differ by plan as described on our Pricing page.

3.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Substack's platform. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Substack's Terms of Service and payment policies in addition to these Terms. We do not store or process payment card information directly.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Substack account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused periods unless otherwise required by applicable law.

3.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers. Continued subscription after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the Service, you agree that you will not:

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund and may subject you to legal liability.

5. Intellectual Property

All content published by Tasty Stocks — including but not limited to newsletter issues, trade alerts, market analysis, commentary, charts, website copy, graphics, and logos — is the exclusive intellectual property of TastyStocks LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and read newsletter content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. No other rights are granted.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit regarding the Service may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

We do not guarantee that any trade alert, recommendation, or analysis published in the newsletter will result in a profit. You acknowledge that market conditions can change rapidly and that all trade ideas involve risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TASTYSTOCKS LLC, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which such damages are sought (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise), even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the Company's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In all cases, the Company's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TastyStocks LLC and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to:

The Company reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate fully with the Company's defense of such claims. You shall not settle any indemnified claim without the prior written consent of the Company.

This indemnification obligation shall survive termination of your subscription and these Terms.

9. Release of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release and forever discharge TastyStocks LLC and the Indemnified Parties from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action of every kind and nature, whether known or unknown, arising out of or relating to:

If you are a California resident, you expressly waive the protections of California Civil Code Section 1542, which states: "A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party."

10. Assumption of Risk

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

11. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, we make no representations or warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of any content published in the newsletter. Market data, prices, and conditions change rapidly, and information may become outdated between the time of publication and the time you read it.

Trade alerts include entry and exit targets that are provided as guidance only. Actual execution prices will vary based on market conditions, your broker, liquidity, and timing. The Company is not responsible for any difference between stated targets and actual execution.

12. Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to Sections 5 (Intellectual Property), 6 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 7 (Limitation of Liability), 8 (Indemnification), 9 (Release of Claims), 10 (Assumption of Risk), and 13 (Governing Law).

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at the email address provided below and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days of receiving notice.

13.3 Binding Arbitration

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13.4 Class Action Waiver

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST THE COMPANY. ALL DISPUTES MUST BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

14. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

The Company's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Company.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific features of the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and TastyStocks LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
